Chiropractor
Jessica Barros, D.C.
Dr. Jessica Ashley Bareng-Barros is a Board certified and Washington State licensed Chiropractor. She graduated with clinical honors from Life Chiropractic College West in 2012. She has experience with Spinal and Postural Rehabilitation, Extremity, Prenatal and Pediatric Care.
Dr. Jessica is passionate about natural health and healing. When she was a teenager she was under a lot of medication and she made it a mission to learn more about the body's natural ability to heal itself. She was introduced to Chiropractic when she saw how it helped a family member and she was drawn to the hands-on approach to healing the body. Since graduating from chiropractic school she has been helping individuals of all ages achieve their goals in health.
Dr. Jessica was born and raised in Mililani, Hawaii on the island of O'ahu. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she likes to go running, hiking, and practice self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Chiropractor
Michael Chapman, D.C.
Dr. Chapman is a chiropractor with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. A former personal trainer and marathon runner, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University after seeing firsthand the power of chiropractic care in transforming his son’s health.
His training included service abroad in Mexico City, where he was named Outstanding Intern by UNEVE and Parker University faculty. Dr. Chapman has practiced in Texas and Washington in both upper cervical and personal injury clinics, served in leadership roles with the Texas Chiropractic Association, and founded the Concho Valley Chiropractic Association. A native Texan and former member of the Texas State Guard, he values service, community, and helping patients of all ages experience their best health. Outside of practice, he enjoys hiking and outdoor adventures with his family.
Office Manager
Becky Hollis
I have been in the medical field for 30 years and owned my own Childcare business for 7 years before that. After many years at the front desk I became a Certified Medical Assistant and eventually an office manager in Chiropractic where I have been for 6+ years.
I believe in strong customer service and team accountability to ensure clinic growth and longevity. I also enjoy training front desk staff and office managers for several clinics across the United States.
I have 2 grown girls, a wonderful husband, and 2 beautiful grandkids. I enjoy walking with my dog Josie, shopping with my mom, and singing with my brother.
Patient Care Technician/Administrator
Roxanne Aiona-Aka
Prior to joining Renovo Chiropractic and Wellness I spent the majority of my time volunteering with various Military organizations. I still continue to volunteer with a local organization that provides services to families around the area as their administrator.
When I am not in the office I enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with my 2 kids who often keeps me busy. I have learned to enjoy every moment and continue to find passion in everything I do.
Chiropractic Assistant
Marra Tagaduar
I assist Dr. Jessica with patient care concentrating on Rehab with the patients and will soon be assisting with X-rays. Originally from the Philippines I’ve been in the area now for 2 years.
I worked for over 10 years in the Radiology Department in both the Philippines and Saudi Arabia specializing in general X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammograms, and CT Scan. I love spending time with my children, family and friends. I enjoy shopping, movies, and trying new restaurants.
Front Desk Coordinator
Laura Thompson
I work at the front desk, and I am your first and last contact. I also cover Laser therapy and Decompression for the patients. I was born in California and moved to Washington in 2006. I have 2 handsome teenage boys, 14 and 17.
I have worked as a Pediatric Medical Assistant, a Paraeducator, Behavioral Educator Technician, and a Special Education working with students on reading & writing. In my spare time I love to read, garden, and play with my 3 dogs. My favorite thing is music; it’s a huge part of who I am.
